Dividend
The Company’s Dividend Policy specified in the last prospectus of the Company, i.e. Rights Issue Prospectus published on 1 July 1998, provides that the Company has a commitment to distribute cash dividend at least once a year. The amount of dividend paid depends on the income of the Company by taking into account the soundness of the Company and without prejudice to the right of the general Meeting of Shareholders to determine other matters in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association. The prospectus also described that the amount of cash dividend calculated from Net Income after Income Tax.
