The protection mechanism for grinding chamber reduces damage to the grinder and downtime due to foreign materials. If foreign materials are fed, the bottom hatch tilts down to discharge them, and the engine stops at the same time.

A variety of screen size determinesevery desired end product size. The screen can be easily replaced on the ground.

The main control panel is accessible on the ground for easy operation.

Major maintenance components are concentrated in the engine compartment and inside the radiator cover. Filters can be replaced with ease on the ground.

The hatches and cover of the grinding chamber can swing open by switch control for easy servicing and inspection.

Replaceable wear plates are equipped inside the grinding chamber for protection from wear.

The Grinding System can start only when all the covers are closed. This can prevent inadvertent starting of the grinder during servicing (except in the maintenance mode).

The lock pin is utilized to prevent the compression roller from falling during servicing and inspection.
