All mechanics have an opportunity to attend regular trainings and special trainings that supported by Training Department, Principles Training and Third Parties Training.

Our mechanics have a capability in high level knowledge of machine and Information Technology. Those capabilities have an objective to update their skill in changing of technology for machine and operation.

PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk has completed workshop facilities with high standard equipment/tools, such as:

• Unit/Machine overhaul and recondition
• Component Rebuild/overhaul
• Hydraulic Component & Cylinder Test Bench
• Engine overhaul and Test Bench
• Ultrasonic Test
• Etc.

Supporting to customer is not only with completed workshop, but also with standard good vehicle that suitable with field condition.

Service Truck

The function of our mechanic is not only to fix machine problem but also to give advices or suggestions based on problem scoping that collected by computerized download data tools from engine with real unit performance (Palm Download). The result of evaluation will be analyzed to setup service operation with completed and fixed data.
