Parts Customer Gathering 2011
PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa, Tbk. had consecutively conducts Parts Customers' Gathering 2011 in 6 cities with a total attendance of 315 customers attend. The event was hold in Pontianak, Surabaya, Makassar, Pekanbaru, Banjarmasin, and Balikpapan within the end of October 2011 to early week of November 2011. Collaborating with Hitachi Construction Machinery Asia Pacific and experienced Strategic Supplier, HAP effectively deepen the interaction with the respected customers considering the genuine products, as per say Filter, Lubricant, Hose and some others.
On this opportunity, PT. Hexindo Adiperkasa supported by HMAP show that non genuine parts look like the genuine one at cheaper price, but in fact non genuine parts have very different performance that can result premature failure, long machine down time and very expensive in long run. It is very important to use genuine parts in order to get 100% benefits of superior Hitachi parts to enhance machine performance that can help customers to achieve the lowest operation and maintenance costs possible.

Hitachi develop new engine oil with classification API CI-4, SAE 15W-40 and obtaining CES 200077 certified from Cummins Engine Manufacturer . Hitachi recommends the usage of Hitachi Premium Orange Engine for every Cummins Engine installed in Hitachis' unit. Hitachi Premium Orange Engine:
1.Satisfying NOACK (Lost of Oil Consumption guide line)
2.Excellent ISOT oxidation stability test result.
3.Excellent Hot Tube test result, indicates anti heat and washing performance around pison ring is excellent.

Genuine Hitachi filter and other non-genuine filters are mounted underwater in a transparant tank, air is then induced into each filter.
The Genuine Hitachi filter will have very small and uniform bubble at all the media surface.
Non-genuine filters will have large size and uneven air leakage, which means large size contaminants passing through and causing shorter life of the whole related components that will lead to unexpected failures. We can clearly observe that non-genuine filters may fit, but actually puts machine at grave risk.
